David Godfrey

David's background is Bio-Medical Sciences and the Teaching Profession. In 1990 he began his training as a Holistic Therapist and combined teaching Biological Sciences to ‘A’ Level/first Degree level, with his work as a practitioner. In 1993 his teaching took a new direction with the addition of teaching Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology and Holistic Therapies. In 2000 David gave up teaching on a full-time basis to focus on teaching Holistic Therapies and working as a practitioner on an approximate 50/50 ratio which is what he still does today.

David works with a wide range of clients with his particular interest in those clients who are disabled, suffering/in recovery from Cancer, HIV +ve clients and those with special needs. He practices a range of therapies and incorporate aspects of some/all of the therapies into the therapy he is using at the time.

David has also been an examiner for ‘A’ level Biology, OCN Massage for Special Needs Clients and Therapies for Abuse Sufferer’s, and is currently a GCSE Examiner for Science. David has also written a number of advanced courses for Reflexology, Massage, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy et al.

If he was asked for the one word that makes him tick he would have to say ‘Curiosity’

The definition of which is ‘The desire to know/inquisitiveness/eager to learn’.
