I think i realised after the birth of my daughter, that my calling in life was in the field of helping people and not publishing! It became an idea that i couldn't ignore and by the time my son was born 4 years later, Homeopathy had become a part of my life and I took the plunge and went back to college for 4years  to gain my licence to practice. With Homeopathy came a way of looking at an illness and the process of becoming well again that finally made sense to me and today i still thoroughly enjoy the journey people go through in finding their own health and balance using the homeopathic process.

However, i am also a very tactile person and the idea of being able to help people through touch appealed enormously, especially as i had found massage helped me so much! I was not though, prepared for the immense joy and satisfaction and how comfortable i felt with the whole hands on approach and i knew from the start of my ITEC diploma that this was to become a large part of my business and life.

In the study of complementary medicine and massage i have opened up a whole new world to me. One that's exciting, challenging, soul searching and ever expanding. I never want to think i know enough and am delighted in being able to share some of what i've learned so far! One word that makes me tick? It has to be balance. Its a word that reminds me to look equally at all areas of my life and can be applied to any part of it, physically, mentally and spiritually.
