This course is suitable for qualified therapists only, with an NVQ Level 3 in A&P and Massage such as ITEC or VTCT.  You must sign a form to confirm that you hold A&P and Massage qualifications as required and are professionally insured.
 
Course Content:

• Full sequence of traditional Ayurvedic foot massage.
• Important Marma points on the feet that relate to different organs and
  systems of the body.
• How to work on these Marma points to alleviate relating symptoms.
• Massage techniques according to individual constitutions or Doshas.
  using Ayurvedic oils according to Dosha type.
