Inspire - Massage Courses for Beginners

For those new to complementary therapy, finding training courses can be a daunting experience. Some courses offer a diploma after just one day's training, however, we believe this to be neither safe nor possible (this opinion is shared by many leading massage experts, insurance companies and regulatory bodies). After all, would you be happy paying to receive a treatment from a therapist with just one day's training?!

At Inspire, we pride ourselves in our commitment to our students and appreciate that learning new skills for the first time or indeed embarking on a new career can be a scary experience. But please rest assured, with highly experienced and qualified therapists, teaching you in groups of no more than 10 students, you'll be in safe hands.

Learn skills to use on friends and family

We offer a range of one day workshops providing some fantastic treatments, some of which are new to the UK and already proving to be extremely popular. These workshops give you an ideal opportunity to learn fantastic treatments that can be used on friends and family and can also be a useful way to find out if massage therapy is for you before committing to a full diploma. On completion of the day, beginners will receive a certificate of attendance from our massage schools.

Massage Courses and workshops to use your new skills professionally

If you would like to practice professionally as a massage therapist, we offer a range of Diplomas in ITEC Massage Courses, which are the most recognised qualification both here and abroad. Successful completion of the ITEC Anatomy and Physiology course would give you the option to use skills learned on our one day courses professionally, subject to completion of case studies and an assessment. In addition, you could attend the ITEC Holistic Massage Course giving you a comprehensive training in massage therapy.

Attendance on the two day Business Skills workshop will give you all the necessary and current information you would need to set up in practice, as well as guidance on health and safety and some fantastic tips and tools to set you on the way to business success.
