Indian Head Massage originated over a thousand years ago as a form of traditional family grooming and was brought over to the UK in the 1970s by Narendra Metha, who developed it into an actual therapy.
The treatment relieves tension, headaches and stress with massage to the shoulders, neck, scalp and face. It also stimulates lymphatic drainage, helping to remove toxins and boost the immune system as well as restoring joint mobility and improving circulation.
